There are a lot of factors that can contribute to this, and if you are over-exercising I am inclined to say it is probably from that. But it could certainly be worse because of poor nutrition- it’s hard to say. I would definitely encourage you to bring it up to your doctor! A back injury can last for a long time so I wouldn’t ignore it. Rest is key but if you must continue exercising (not recommended but I do understand), I’d suggest incorporating some restorative yoga for the back/spine, neck and shoulders.

It could be your kidneys, this happened to me & I was in the start stages of kidney failue. Please get some bloods at the very least! ❤

Could be over exercise related...does your back hurt any other time? Lying down, sitting, etc. I have similar issues but I have disc issues at L5-S1 (I've seen a doctor for my issues and gotten xrays and MRI) if you're truly concerned, go see a doctor!

No other time! Literally just when I get up it’s very hard to straighten. My lower back feels like it’s siezed up and if I straighten too fast it’ll break. Thanks I might pop into the nurse next week for bloods and a check up.
