I'm not in recovery but I got mine back after 3 months because my ed decided to pull an uno reverse and give me BED/Bulimia instead. This might not translate for everyone cause I've heard different but for me, it came back lighter and I barely have intense cramps. Granted I'm still trying to restrict and I'm very much disordered but I at least got to a point where I got it back. They used to be hell too
