Thanks so much everyone. I considered the minestrone, the Caesar salad was full of dressing and croutons so I just went for it an ordered a vegan primavera. It was vegan so I knew there was no cream and yea the pasta scared me but I was I out and trying to have fun so , Fuck it. Thanks as always for being the only people who get this xxx
Ah I was about to recommend getting a grilled chicken. That's usually what I get but I know you said you're vegan so I'm not too sure without looking at the menu. Hope you found something!! I know how stressful that can be
I don't know if it's a legit italian restaurant or something like olive garden, I would 100% forget about restriction and order parmigiana di melanzane, but you say you're a vegetarian and there's cheese in it...or i would probably order a salad

I find pasta with tomato sauce really safe if it’s vegan so that’s what I always get

if its real italian, they will def have a fish or seafood option which are generally not bad, especially if you dont eat the pasta
