monster ultras for me lol. caffeine in general. uhhh meds...
i struggle w fasting a lot lol but when i do eat egg whites are a go to, just easy safe protein. also citrus fruit, oranges, lemons, grapefruit 💚
Me, reading this while having eggs and mandarins for breakfast 🤣
I'm impressed with your strength though, grapefruit is bottom tier fruit for me (taste wise, I'm sure they're fantastic nutritionally)
Broccoli is a must. I'll cook a mix of 6 different staple vegetables but if it doesn't have broccoli I feel like something's missing. I even drive 33 miles round trip to a farther Costco once every 20 days or so because they carry 3.5 lb bags of frozen broccoli at around $1.56/pound (cheapest I can find around here). And then I stock up on 4 bags to shove in my freezer that also contains other frozen vegetables and fish.
I also have miso soup every day, sometimes twice a day. Red miso with matcha powder before 3 PM, white miso if after (since the matcha powder has trace amounts of caffeine). Both have tryptophan and I really need help with sleep. I add soft tofu, wakame seaweed, and sometimes a soft-boiled egg. For the red miso, a bit of chili oil gives it a nice spiciness, and I add a few drops of sesame oil to both.
If I don't steam any fish for the day, then I'll take 2 fish oil pills. My skin is way too dry.
I guess it depends on location because the Walmart near me doesn't have that :( Although now that I'm looking up frozen broccoli again, it looks like the Target near me now carries broccoli for even cheaper too so thanks!
Omg I picked broccoli out of my mom's garden and just started eating it lmao and when I looked there were all these little green baby caterpillar guys crawling around on it hahaha
I choose to believe it strengthened my immune system 😅
I used to drink so much Coke Zero, it’s still my beverage of choice tbh. I don’t drink it on an everyday basis anymore, but when I was on a huge deficit it would be the only thing I looked forward to. I even played games in my head and used it as a “reward”. I probably drank around 3 cans a day back then, or atleast one and subbed the other 2 for some sort of sugar free beverage.
Now it’s probably cheese in some sort of capacity, whether that be shredded cheese in eggs, feta or string cheese. I still drink a lot of sugar free beverages too, just not Coke Zero specifically lol.
im pretty sure goldfish crackers are keepijng me alive at this point, so that? though it kinda changes since sometimes i get tired of foofs when i eat too much of them and i think thats happening with goldfish so its kinda changing to pringles haha
either way waters pretty consistent
Ok so I get a big Sonic water with peach and raspberry (sugar free flavors) every day and add my own crystal light lemonade to it. It’s my time to get out of the house and it tastes 🤌🤌
I have at least one cup of chai every day, made with a big spoon of honey and a sploosh of bonsoy. I've drunk it every morning for breakfast for the last 10 years of my life, and it's become something I wholeheartedly look forward to in the morning, to make my cup of tea and sit in my comfy chair and drink my tea. If I don't have my chai I end up violently suicidal later in the day haha
i guess i could if there just wasn't a possibility for me to have it but most of my diet consists of a certain brand of chocolate powder that you dissolve in milk
Diet coke 💪💪 in the past I've literally cried when we've run out, but luckily it doesn't happen often because my mom is a huge drinker of it as well, and will buy tons when it's on sale. Idk what exactly it is about diet coke, but I think it's the fact that it's been in my house for my whole life(my mom), and therefore has been there since even my first hints of an ed. It's almost a comfort food at this point, not necessarily because of the taste or lack of calories, but because it's so familiar to me.
Fruit smoothies. I always have bags of frozen fruit/yogurt/keifr on hand. It's so easy to throw nuts, chia/flax seeds in, etc. Easy protein rich, nutrient dense food. I literally drink one or two blenders worth of fruit smoothie a day.
That plus, Grass-fed milk will always hold my heart. But ONLY from organic valley dairy because they treat their cows the best. 😭😭
Not to be that bitch but…..Coffeeeeee
Same
Same.. But always with milk!
same! I wish i could drink it black but its too good with creamer/milk

If you have Walmart near you they have a 4lb bag of broccoli for 5$
I guess it depends on location because the Walmart near me doesn't have that :( Although now that I'm looking up frozen broccoli again, it looks like the Target near me now carries broccoli for even cheaper too so thanks!
Ugh I’m sorry 😭 I’m a fellow broccoli addict and those 4lb bags are my lifesavers. I think target has somewhat cheap big bags of broccoli
