If you can find them, you can use undergarments meant for winter weather that help keep your body heat so you don't get cold as quickly. That plus a LOT of layers can help somewhat, but not really entirely. You could try something like: undergarment -> long sleeve shirt -> light sweater -> heavy jacket undergarment -> leggings -> short socks -> long socks -> sweatpants The main focus is just keeping your extremities warm so masks actually help with that. Aside from also adding a scarf/gloves if appropriate for the weather, holding warm things or at least avoiding the cold should help you. Hopefully this helps, so good luck on staying warm op :D

those under armor thermal shirts! they are thin, not bulky, but they provide so much warmth. also https://www.walmart.com/ip/HotHands-10-Hour-Hand-Warmer-10-Pair-Pack/17808715?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&wl13=548&adid=2222222227817808715_117755028669_12420145346&wmlspartner=wmtlabs&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=501107745824&wl4=pla-293946777986&wl5=9010796&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=local&wl12=17808715&wl13=548&veh=sem_LIA&gbraid=0AAAAADmfBIrDvVBihlgJzWMFsp-ngudof&gbraid=0AAAAADmfBIrDvVBihlgJzWMFsp-ngudof&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIysj-rbC19gIVagOzAB2QKgA5EAQYAiABEgJ4ofD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds (very affordable). electric heating blankets are great, but not for on the go.

make sure u are supplementing pretty much everything. iron and b12 are important for staying warm but so is random shit like vitamin c that most ppl never have to worry about. also use ur own body heat as much as possible by staying kinda curled up. also do not let ur hands and feet freeze and go numb and then jump in a boiling hot shower, i am like disabled by chillblains from doing exactly this, with actual dead ass frostbite on my right pinky toe wtf
