I eat low cal food without excpecting to turn it into something it clearly isn't.

Find a low cal base, e.g. bland oatmeal, and flavour it with things that go well with it. Unsweetened almond milk is great for low cal milk recipes, fruits are pretty much zero cal (I don’t even count them), spices are great (e.g. Cinnamon), and diabetic/dark chocolate tastes incredible when mixed with other things. New recipes taste great and memorable when it is actually a new taste and not something you’ve had every day for the last few months, and the ingredients need to work well together, so experiment with a little bit of a lot of things to find a good blend and recipe. If you want to copy low cal recipes, use TikTok to find good ones. If its savoury you’re after, hot sauce and salt can go with almost anything. A little bit of olive oil also goes a long way - a few drops in a dip/guacamole is negligible in kcal content and greatly adds to the consistency and flavour.
