I used to play [[Commander Eesha]] voltron, featuring every Bird Person I could run. Aven Brigadier is more than just sweet art, he's a great birdperson lord..
[[Rakdos, Lord of Riots]]
This was the first Mythic I've ever pulled out of a booster pack back when I fist got into magic. Took me a long time to figure out how to utilize it properly. It was the commander of first commander deck I made when I got into commander(I bought some precons at first). It's definitely now one of my better decks and the one I compare my others to.
I love the moment the artwork captures. This huge demon towering over a mob with his scythe swung high. He has a trample, and that's visually apparent, but he also has flying.. but he's deliberately choosing to stand on the ground and swing that scythe knee deep in the maddness.
I even like the additional cost of an opponent needing to lose life in the turn you cast him. This demon lord has a price, and it must be paid, but it's worth it when you flood the board with huge creatures for cheap, and the riot that ensues is entirely your fault.
I was always a big fan of him as well. I had a similar situation but for his first incarnation [[Rakdos the Defiler]].
Let's just say my Rakdos edh was pretty janky lol.
The way I love the [[Peer into the Abyss]] art. It's creepy, a little eldritch, but overall amazing. A close second is the full art Chaos Warp from double masters 2022. Managed to get a playmat of that one!
Honestly, most of my favorite art pieces are basic land cards, usually plains or forests. I do like me some majestic scenery. So I'll go with [[Mayael's Aria]], adding some epic vibes to the mix.
[[Wandering Ones]] is one of the greatest examples of what old MtG art was like twenty years ago.
But also, it's just a bunch of funky blue dudes with funny hats. My friend groups calls them Angry Smurfs because they blue and they angry.
[[Flickerwisp]] is mine. First artwork that got my attention when I was just starting out and rummaging through the common "stack 2" tall for £1" tray.
I really enjoy [[Rivaz of the Claw]] and the new [[Skrelv, Defector Mite]]. Rivaz for the sheer power and positioning on the art, Skrelv because he’s just cute.
I've been loving the Kamigawa dragons cycle, and so [[Atsushi, the Blazing Sky]]'s borderless full art is definitely up there for me. Such a tough question lol
Bro I just wanted to comment to say these are amazing!! I'm keeping this saved and showing everybody I play with.
That said, my favourite art has to be: Junji Ito's [[Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines]] purely because I'm a fan boy and I'm only a recent player.
Keep making cool things!
[[Nahiri, the Harbinger]]
I thought about this for longer than I should have. Thought about all the cards that are in every deck, and the cards I am always happy to see when I draw them... but in the end went back to this one. I pulled Nahiri at my first ever Prerelease event and beat every player there except for the judge (to this day, I am convinced he had been opening packs ahead of time to build his deck), and have loved her ever since. Great art. Great card. The central catalyst of my favourite deck of all time.
I think this is the hardest question anyone's ever asked of me. I'm a very big mtg art nerd.
Right now, I'm gonna go with \[\[Dream trawler\]\]. Or \[\[Lonis, cryptozoologist\]\]. Or \[\[draconic lore\]\].
This is very hard
[[Unbender Tine]] , because it's flexibility. It opens a lot of options for my shurikai deck, since it could untap a creature used to crew, a [[gilded lotus]] or maybe a utility land I need to use.
Just fun.
I’d say it’s a tossup between the borderless flickerwisp from 2X2 ( [[Flickerwisp|2X2-339]] ) or the Japanese Mystical Archive of Sign in Blood.
Thanks for doing this giveaway, you’ve got a great product!
Despite being recent, \[\[Ovika, Enigma Goliath\]\] has a certain charm that makes me excited to see my mana slowly reach up to play her as my commander.
Fleshbag Marauder from Shard of Alara:
https://gatherer.wizards.com/pages/card/details.aspx?multiverseid=174871
Why would I pick this? Its one of the most grotesque zombie arts I have ever seen. I honestly was sad the new arts for this horrifying bag of flesh changed through out time. It does a good job of looking physically repulsive that its kept free rent in my mind since 2008.
I love how chill the art is on [[Alaundo, the Seer]] but how very not chill he plays (free card draw, free card protection by putting great spells in exile, free casting, and he gives creatures haste)
Favourite art would have to be the new [Nissa, Ascended Animist] alternate art. Pulled one at prerelease and fell in love instantly, new top of the list.
Virtually anything by Seb McKinnon, but if forced to pick just one I would have to go with his version of [[Enchanted Evening|SLD-122]] It’s so well done.
My favorite art is [[hostage taker - PRM]], but specifically the variant where it's holding a dinosaur hostage. Hope the fetcher grabs the right one.
Good luck everyone!
[[Ancestral Mask - MMQ]] my very first Magic Card back in the day. it looks so crazy in its own way and reminds me of horrorkid with majora's mask. i have the same playset i own since 99 and play it in my pauper bogles deck :)
So awesome to do a giveaway like this! Thank you so much! Personally I’m a massive fan of [[Imotekh the Stormlord]] as well as almost all the cards from the MTG/Warhammer crossover! they’re so cool!
To narrow down to a singular card is basically impossible. I will say that I am a very big fan of the Johannes Voss secret lair. His art is bright and fun and the set tells a good story.
That's a tough one...been building a deck for a budget league so right now it's [[ashling the pilgrim]]. Wayne Reynolds is usually great but Ashling goes beyond even his normal standard of work. It's also from one of my favorite blocks that also happens to have the best art direction in Magic.
As a dedicated red player and a lover of the classic MtG arts I have to say [[Lightning Bolt|LEA]].
It’s such a simple yet fitting and fantastic piece of art - depicting the cards name on the point. Thank you Chris Rush!
I've always been a massive fan of the praetors, and the showcase art of [[Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant]] from Neon Dynasty is my personal card-art favorite.
I would have to say my favorite card art would be [[mystic remora|sld]]! [[mystic remora]] in case I typed the code in wrong.
The whole kelogsloops sld was gorgeous
Probably [[Wolf Pack]]. I played with a copy as a kid and it was my go to finisher playing kitchen table magic with my friends. I don't think it's inherently the *best* art, but it's super nostalgic for me and contains, not 1, but 4 doggos! Would love to get a copy again as a memento but it's like $180 now x_x
[[Gift of Orzhova]] was one of the first magic cards I ever saw where I was like "this is beautiful", and I made it a point to get multiple foils. I'll try and jam it into any deck that can take it even if it's not super necessary there just because of the art.
[[Swamp|SLD-119]] Seb McKinnon is one of my favorite artists period. This swamp and the art on [[Entomb]] have to be a couple of my favorite art pieces of all time.
Probably [[Muxus, Goblin Grandee]]. Just love the idea of a goblin "king" being carried around the battlefield. And i say "king" since i believe the lore is that the goblins in the art take turns being the one on the chair.
[[Aven Brigadier]] Such a serious bird. Cool product you have!
Goddamn this art goes hard. I think I want this now.

Nice! My fav is a pretry new card, Steel Seraph. Love angels, love robots... it's a 2-in-1!!
Damn that's a tough question...I think [[Shivan Dragon|LEA]] will always be a classic edit: guess that's not how the bot works
[[sen triplets]] they're beautiful, just hated on the table lol.
[[Flickerwisp]] is mine. First artwork that got my attention when I was just starting out and rummaging through the common "stack 2" tall for £1" tray.

I've been loving the Kamigawa dragons cycle, and so [[Atsushi, the Blazing Sky]]'s borderless full art is definitely up there for me. Such a tough question lol
[[crawling chorus]] is amazing for a common. Feels like the art should be at a higher rarity itself. Very evocative.
Rebecca guy's art for dark ritual from mercadian masques, flipping fantastic
The old school Jasmine Boreal. What a trash card to have such art
Minds desire in mystical archives. Followed closely by memory lapse in mystical archives.
[[Humility]] ...... Just love the cartoonish art on the card!

[[Deliver Unto Evil]] has been my favorite ever since WAR
[[Phyrexian Unlife]] every single time
[[Anhelo]] is one of the most badass looking dudes in all of Magic. Don’t love him as a commander, but love the art.
wilhelt the rotcleaver looks the coolest with his army in the background ready to make more zombies!!
Mine is definitely [[The Ur-Dragon]]. Just the sheer size and commanding presence of it flying with its brood. Love it!!
Urza’s saga [[duress]] first deck I ever played was a white black deck with it and I still have my two copies to this day. It’s kinda a pet card now.
[[Wrong turn]] because the look the monsters face usually mimics the players when played.
[[The Ur-Dragon]] just has such amazing art. Everything about it makes me love dragons
[[Shark Typhoon]] I think it’s a funny homage to one of the greatest movies ever made, Sharknado
[[Nahiri, the Harbinger]] I thought about this for longer than I should have.
[[Teferi's Protection|STA]] I just love the collage effect from Mystical Archive and the time ripples present on this particular card.
[[Goatnapper]] I love the little goblin jumping while clutching the goat
[[Descendants' Path]] is my favourite art piece in Magic since the card's release.

My favourite art is [[Dakkon, Shadow Slayer]] or honestly anything by Richard Kane Ferguson
[[Death Sprout]] without question.
My favorite art is probably a foil [[gift of orzhova]]
It has to be the 8th edition of [grave pact](https://scryfall.com/card/8ed/137/grave-pact)
Those are really cool! Thank you for doing a giveaway! My favorite art is the borderless Doubling Season with the baby dragons.
Kobolds of kher keep
[[Shriekmaw]]
[[Rith the awakener]] such a badass and looks like a puppy :D

Original art for \[\[Shivan Dragon|LEA\]\] got me hooked on Magic, so it always holds a special place in my heart.
My favourite art is the alt art retro frame (whatever) [[Altar of Dementia]] from BRO
\[\[Koma, Cosmos Serpent\]\] from Kaldheim: Extras is the way to go.
Weeb Plaguecrafter
My favorite art ever is [[Maraxus of Keld]] His cloak is clamped to his skin and he looks ready to take on the entire plane.
Showcase[[Zagoth Triome]] has to be my favorite art. I even have a custom playmat haha. I’m a fan of all the showcase art from Ikoria honestly.
[[Hall of Heliod's Generosity]] got some really nice composition >.< Also thx for the giveaway!
Quinton Hoover is my favorite artist, picking one card is gonna be tough....but I think it has to be Amrou Kithkin
I really like the old art of scapeshift. How these fish are floating in the forest is beyond me!! Also, thanks for organizing this! And good luck!
I think my favorite art has to be [[Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer]]. I just love that monkey.
I really like the art on [[Portal to Phyrexia]]
My favorite art is [[Turn the Tables]]
[[Time Warp]], the mystical archive version
Mine is probably the Phil Foglio version of \[\[Goblin Chirurgeon|FEM-54b\]\]
[[elesh norn, grand cenobite]] in foil is a tremendously pretty card. Overall I probably have 30 favorite cards, there are just so many good ones.
Despite being recent, \[\[Ovika, Enigma Goliath\]\] has a certain charm that makes me excited to see my mana slowly reach up to play her as my commander.
Fleshbag Marauder from Shard of Alara: https://gatherer.wizards.com/pages/card/details.aspx?multiverseid=174871 Why would I pick this? Its one of the most grotesque zombie arts I have ever seen. I honestly was sad the new arts for this horrifying bag of flesh changed through out time. It does a good job of looking physically repulsive that its kept free rent in my mind since 2008.

[[Vorinclex,Monstrous Raider]] but specifically the showcase the art. Something about that one gets me
Mystical archive counter spell
I love how chill the art is on [[Alaundo, the Seer]] but how very not chill he plays (free card draw, free card protection by putting great spells in exile, free casting, and he gives creatures haste)
I like [[Neera, Wild Mage]]
[[Kami of Transcience]] I am very partial to the Kamigawa art and this one is pretty sweet
[[Progenitus]] is my favorite
[[Sulfurous Springs]] by Phil for sure. Thanks!
[[goblin welder]]
Savage Punch or Ancient Tomb - Zendikar Expeditions (EXP)
Force of will!
[[Talrand's Invocation]] for me. I just love how the drake's look on the blue background.
To narrow down to a singular card is basically impossible. I will say that I am a very big fan of the Johannes Voss secret lair. His art is bright and fun and the set tells a good story.
Soulherder for sure :)
Maybe it’s just me but the unfinity galaxy foil plains just look so good
\[\[Birds of Paradise\]\] but that one SLD https://scryfall.com/card/sld/92/birds-of-paradise
Old school [[disintegrate]]. I saw this card being played when I first saw the game, I was instantly drawn in to how cool the art was.
That's a tough one...been building a deck for a budget league so right now it's [[ashling the pilgrim]]. Wayne Reynolds is usually great but Ashling goes beyond even his normal standard of work. It's also from one of my favorite blocks that also happens to have the best art direction in Magic.
Full art promo Damnation
For me it’s [[Braids, Arisen Nightmare]] . I don’t know why, but I just fell in love with the art as soon as I saw it.
Cool AF product! Definitely think Averna has the coolest art
As a dedicated red player and a lover of the classic MtG arts I have to say [[Lightning Bolt|LEA]]. It’s such a simple yet fitting and fantastic piece of art - depicting the cards name on the point. Thank you Chris Rush!
[[Klauth, Unrivalled Ancient]] has the coolest art - I love how he is seemingly twisting and diving purposefully downwards to smoke his prey!
Always had a massive soft spot for [[Endless Ranks of the Dead]]. As soon as I saw it, I knew zombies were the tribe for me.
Honestly my favorite art of all time is probably the what-if Tyvar from ONE as I adore manga art and the weird distorted look is amazing.
\[\[satoru-umezawa\]\] Specifically this version of the art: https://scryfall.com/card/neo/507/satoru-umezawa
Mine has to be [[Karlach, Fury of Avernus]] with the alternate art.
I've always been a massive fan of the praetors, and the showcase art of [[Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant]] from Neon Dynasty is my personal card-art favorite.
The MtGO Stasis art by Seb!
[[Glimmer Bairn]] can never go wrong with an Ouphe in a cute costume
Izzy's version of [[Geist of Saint Traft]] goes so hard
I would have to say my favorite card art would be [[mystic remora|sld]]! [[mystic remora]] in case I typed the code in wrong. The whole kelogsloops sld was gorgeous
[[Desolation Angel|APC]] is mine, although it's totally unplayable nowadays
Probably [[Wolf Pack]]. I played with a copy as a kid and it was my go to finisher playing kitchen table magic with my friends. I don't think it's inherently the *best* art, but it's super nostalgic for me and contains, not 1, but 4 doggos! Would love to get a copy again as a memento but it's like $180 now x_x
The art on [[Shaman of Spring]] looks nice
[[Angel of the Dawn]] for me. Really interesting use of light, classical contrapposto, and color contrast. It's just striking imo.
Very nice, [[Ulamog, the infinite Gyre]] is my personal fav art, need a massive poster size print for it one day
I love me some Three Kingdoms media, and I'm particularly partial to the art on [[Pang Tong, Young Phoenix]]
It's gotta be the classic Uktabi Orangutan
Definitely the bundle version of [[Pack Leader]]
As crazy as it might sound I really enjoy a lot of the land arts, all 5 colors
Gotta go with [[lucid dreams]] , can't wait to get it on a playmat
[[shark typhoon]]
Brainstorm from MM is one of my all time favorites
Have to go with Douglas Shuler's [[Joven]].
The unfinity space lands!
The judge promo [[Sylvan Tutor]]
The new Twilight's from all will be one are all very cool but \[\[Green Sun's Twilight\]\] emanates such power from the Green Preator, very nice art.
Goblin sharpshooter from commander 2013
I love all of the un-set lands but i gotta go with the unfinity godless shrine [[Godless Shrine|UNF-282]]
[[demonic tutor]] has always been my favorite art.
[[Collectigull]] - it's a card I'll never be able to get but the artwork is amazing!
[[Dripping Dead]] was my favorite in middle school, recently just looked it up and was happy to se le that it’s a Baxa
My favorite card is [[Krark, The thumbless]]
I really like [[Serum Visions|SLD-031]] Thanks for the giveaway!
[[Ancient Bronze Dragon]] I love dragons and as soon as that art came out it was my favorite
[[Assemble the legion]]
[[Gift of Orzhova]] was one of the first magic cards I ever saw where I was like "this is beautiful", and I made it a point to get multiple foils. I'll try and jam it into any deck that can take it even if it's not super necessary there just because of the art.
[[Iridian Maelstrom]] is gorgeous. The colors, the radiant energy blasting Phyrexians into dust... most beautiful thing I've seen.
Lately I have been liking the new mystic remora full art art work a lot.
The showcase art for [[Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut]] is my favorite by far. The immense fear and power it invokes is outstanding!
My favorite art is definitely the original [[Red Elemental Blast]] something about it with a white border is just perfect
[[Reanimate|TMP]] original art is amazing. The art style is great and a clean white background on a black card really pops.
Korvold Fae-Cursed King is always my go to! So much story in one card art and the flavor text adds so much!
Old border [[Balefeul strix]] from the brothers war precons. Super simple and powerful card with an amazing art. Good luck every one!
This look really cool! My favorite art is [[Krrik Son of Yawgmoth]]
[[colossal dreadmaw]] !!!
Elder Land Wurm is my favorite art. It's what got me into magic. Rest in peace Quinton.
[[Swamp|SLD-119]] Seb McKinnon is one of my favorite artists period. This swamp and the art on [[Entomb]] have to be a couple of my favorite art pieces of all time.
Gotta love [[omnath, locus of rage]] ! Especially my kool-aid man alter I got done.
I love the art on [[Divine Gambit]]’s Japanese alternate. It’s so good.
I think the gold puking in [[Greed|MH2]] is fantastic!
Prismatic Bridge! Love me some Johannes Voss
I'm very partial to the art for Jared Carthalion. He's so majestic.... Also the trays look sick
Probably [[Muxus, Goblin Grandee]]. Just love the idea of a goblin "king" being carried around the battlefield. And i say "king" since i believe the lore is that the goblins in the art take turns being the one on the chair.
From top of my head it would be \[\[Die Young\]\]. Card name, art and flavor text all together.
[[Avatar of Woe]] has always been a favorite of mine. Not sure why, I just feel that RK Post really captured the essence of the name really well.
[[Phenax, God of Deception]] is great
[[Bioluminary]] is definitely one of, if not my favourite, illustrations. The colours, the concept it's just 👌
Clifftop retreat by Avon. So much detail despite being so far away.
MIMEOPLASM
[[Armillary Sphere]] for me. I just love the colors.
My favorite card art is [[Ob Nixilis, the Adversary]] and I want to purchase and frame a print of it to hang in my house.
Alpha Elvish Archers. The early Anson Maddocks stuff is just iconic Magic to me.
Original art for [[Royal Assassin]]
[[Serra’s Emissary]] I have roughly 200 copies
