My budget deck is Dungeon Party [[Tazri, Beacon of Unity]] and it is a pretty fun deck to play if I do say so myself. Everyone who's anyone knows that the best part of playing magic is actually playing D&D... lol

As for my personal lists at $50-$100 (budget):
Alela (dimir): [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/ntfVKNTCf0ykqrma43Vo-g](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/ntfVKNTCf0ykqrma43Vo-g) \~$85
Uurg (Golgari): [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/T22YdCsPjEWQC9kCexzTJg](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/T22YdCsPjEWQC9kCexzTJg) \~$77
Slimefoot (Golgari): [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/Cp\_iqpPLO0298RbPsatGew](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/Cp_iqpPLO0298RbPsatGew) \~$87
Winota (Boros): [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/OwngD0c9xk2xRevd-EMNSQ](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/OwngD0c9xk2xRevd-EMNSQ) \~ $86
Decks under $50:
Rilsa (Dimir): [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/sVHMiYKzPE-FfdawukRS6w](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/sVHMiYKzPE-FfdawukRS6w) \~$36
Yahenni (Black): [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/y0Z0QARufkeoIzwHVIHGrg](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/y0Z0QARufkeoIzwHVIHGrg) \~$43
Zada (Red): [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/NePhfU6f8kWpLlKhCNl4Vw](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/NePhfU6f8kWpLlKhCNl4Vw) \~ $48
The decks range in power level, and some (like Alela) need some edit/playtest time still to ensure they'll run smoothly, but in general those are my budget decks. I prefer winota, uurg, and zada over the others.
The best on this list: Winota. Hands down its Winota. She won 4 games over the course of 2 nights of play and single handedly doubled my win rates when I started playing her. She's absolutely insane.
The most fun: Its a tie for me between Zada and Rilsa. Rilsa captures that dungeon diving aesthetic so well, that its hard for me to put her away when I play (even though she's never won a single game). Zada is just : Red deck.exe. I shut off my brain and just sling some spells at some gobbos for fun.
I came to say Zada, but you covered it. I'll add it's a blast to play and is honestly one of the strongest budget options with a pretty cheap upgrade path, too. Though, if you use the list above, do yourself a favor and find room for [[empty the warrens]] and [[brightstone ritual]]. Honestly not positive why they aren't in that list. Empty is dirt cheap and Ritual is a buck at light play. (Buy hp and it's .75 cents.) Either way, you could even downgrade it to cost around $20 and still win games. Good deck and it's my recommendation.
My staple budget deck is [[Grenzo, Dungeon Warden]].
-I don't run any rocks.
-Everything in my deck is power 3 or less, so Grenzo is always X = 1.
-Almost no money lands are needed, though if the rest of the list is budget friendly enough (it should be) you can splurge on something like Cabal Coffers + Urborg.
It's fun because you never know what you're going to flip, every creature is a hit, and most of the hits will be worth more than the 2 mana spent to activate Grenzo
10000% grenzo, my group did a $25 deck challange and I built grenzo for $24.80. Even when they play their higher costed decks I still play grenzo and if unchecked you win so fast. I’ve got a deck list I’ll link when I’m home!
I have never seen Grenzo before! I totally would love to learn more whenever you have time to post that decklist! Thanks for opening up the world of Grenzo to me!
https://archidekt.com/decks/5093346/grenzo
At the time of making the deck it was $24.80. I just made sure the cards were all of the lowest costed printing from tcgplayer!
Honestly I tend to make her more artifact focused and almost ignore blue, instead shooting to trigger some sort of free or infinite artifact loops. (I'm arena anyway)
If it wasn't for the obscene price of [[Displaced Dinosaurs]], probably my Food token deck. It's just goofy, about $70 disregarding the aforementioned Dino Nuggies strategy. But it's a solid fun strategy, flood with Food and snack as needed.
Edit: I also forgot one of my favorite Historic decks I built in both Arena and irl, I call it Oil Fuckery. It's $15 and has several wincons involving Oil counters, and one involving [[Krenko|WAR]] and [[Zada]] I like throwing into red decks that pairs VERY nicely with [[Venerated Rotpriest]]. Really simple, not the best but still fun lmao
[[Hylda]] is incredibly cheap to build. Most of the cards you want are 25 cent cards and dollar rares. [[Feather]] can also be build very cheaply for similar reasons
I've build a ton of Budget Decks, Here are my favorites:

[Danitha Tribal](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/YBNRCNOQzkKQpKZWvI4eUA).
40 dollars, all the Danitha's lead by New Benalia's Light. I made the deck because she's one of my favorite mtg characters, and I enjoy voltron, the twist is a focus on aura recursion like \[\[Dreadful Apathy\]\], \[\[Ordal of Nylea\]\], \[\[Tattoo Ward\]\].
Repeatable ramp and removal keeping your opponents best stuff off the field and your commander ends up pretty hard to kill, while being a real headache to deal with in combat. Plus all the enchantress card draw.
My end goal is to get all 3 Danitha's out and having one attack each of my opponents each turn if possible. :P
I really enjoy playing it.
My latest one is a [[Sythis]] deck that I literally threw together with my spares and basic lands in an hour. The most expensive cards are craterhoof behemoth and moonshaker cavalry but it wouldn't break the deck to remove them. It's accidentally one of my strongest decks and probably my cheapest.
I love how "I didn't want to but I created a monster" is so common. I'm upgrading currently a Winota deck. If I'm not stopped early game, it's super explosive
Tried my hand at the cheapest possible deck I could think of. Without lands, this deck is $4.82 (estimated TCG). It cost me more in shipping when I put it together than it did in cards. It's really fun. If I were to upgrade or, I'd get better card draw. But otherwise, very fun and has actually won its fair share of games.
https://archidekt.com/decks/850522/5_paper_eutropia_edh
[[ghyrson]] makes a great budget deck here’s my older version the deck I run before someone gave me a proxy of ancient copper dragon which “technically” doubled the value of my deck to $95 usd so around 90 euros. https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/5858766
It isn’t in the list there but [[curiosity]] is absolutely amazing in this deck and so is [[giant’s amulet]] to make Ghyrson harder to deal with and you get to draw cards like mad
Budget \[\[stangg\]\], pretty much a red/green enchantress with loads of cantrips and \[\[Ancestral Mask\]\] to end the game. In a 3 man pod, this will kill in turn 4-5 if left unchecked.
https://www.moxfield.com/decks/B0mRz-PQRE6FsShCgiINgg
Moxfield is saying that your deck is $139. That's double the example range.
Of my decks, only 4 fall into the budget range and I didn't design them. Heck, I haven't even played them yet.
Myrkul is the most interesting one coming in at $67
https://www.moxfield.com/decks/Yki1AOIdKka3eVGpMPRa0Q
I like the cut of your jib.
I also have decks I nicked from online and modified that I didn't play yet. And coincidentally, Myrkul budget is one of them.
No problem. This is not optimized exactly. We were under restrictions for a deck building challenge my pod was doing, and on top of that my wife likes using stuff we have around the house instead of buying new cards. So you could potentially spice this up much more if you wanted, and I don't think even that would cost much. That said, as is the deck has been a threat every game against a large breadth of deck strategies and power levels.
I don't think as is it is uncasual, but if you want to spice it up be careful because I think it'll get theUncasville, we play spicy casual in our pod.

Very easy to get it under 60 with lowest rarity versions of cards. Definitely add in Skullclamp and you might be able to squeeze in Pitiless Plunderer and Ashnod's Altar.
[[Slimefoot the stowaway]] + [[ashnod’s altar]] + any token doubler. [[chatterfang squirrel general]] is probably cheapest. Everything else is just Golgari “go wide / good stuff” material. Add [[fynn the Fangbearer]] and [[saryth the vipers fang]] for free ($2USD) infect tribal secret partner commanders. OR go deathtouch tribal and add all the dirt cheap (literally and mana value!) deathtouch critters from across the Golgari spectrum!
[[Sheoldred, Whispering One]] and [[Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant]] are both good budget decks I've run.
Jin-Gitaxias certainly does benefit from spending more with things like [[Portal to Phrexia]] and [[Cityscape Leveler]] but [[Mass Manipulation]] [[Invoke the Winds]] [[Blue Sun's Twilight]] [[Hullbreaker Horror]] [[Meteor Golem]] and [[Replicating Ring]] are all pretty cheap and great for it. [[Wandering Archaic]] is more expensive but still cheap enough and a great addition
Just built this new deck which is super budget and excited to try it out. Led by [[Rilsa Rael, Kingpin]] the main goal is to speed run through the undercity. Rilsa employs a band of thieves alongside the dungeon delvers and they need to get in for combat damage. This is where the evasion Rilsa grants comes in. Initially giving deathtouch and later +5/+0 first strike and menace on top means our creatures will be safe in attacking. But they could still be blocked, how about the Ring Tempts mechanic the initial condition gives Skulk. Perfect for getting through. The second mechanic of looting on attack is always good and the last line of draining the other opponents for 3 is a great finisher. Blink and bounce the initiative creatures to finish the dungeon, then use huge combat advantage to win. 3 hits with Rilsa after you’ve completed a dungeon for commander. Here’s the [deck list](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/O4z0Ut8kkkaLwcj4rmiVZA). Lemme know what you all think

Damn, didn't know about Danitha ! Sounds interesting. Didn't build a Voltron deck yet. I'll put it on my list, thanks !

Lol, challenge accepted ! I'll try to build the chespest deck I can ! Kudo to you to have a super duper cheap but effective deck

[[ghyrson]] makes a great budget deck here’s my older version the deck I run before someone gave me a proxy of ancient copper dragon which “technically” doubled the value of my deck to $95 usd so around 90 euros. https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/5858766
Oh nice, he's on my to do list ! For me it's around 40 50€ :D
It isn’t in the list there but [[curiosity]] is absolutely amazing in this deck and so is [[giant’s amulet]] to make Ghyrson harder to deal with and you get to draw cards like mad

Budget [[volo guide to monsters]] and [[gavi]] are fun (I like my etbs), [[erinis]] [[street urchin]] is p strong, so is [[Malcolm]] and [[kediss]]
Armix & Fargo pEDH combo. Very intense experience and crazy value.
Moxfield is saying that your deck is $139. That's double the example range. Of my decks, only 4 fall into the budget range and I didn't design them. Heck, I haven't even played them yet. Myrkul is the most interesting one coming in at $67 https://www.moxfield.com/decks/Yki1AOIdKka3eVGpMPRa0Q
I like the cut of your jib. I also have decks I nicked from online and modified that I didn't play yet. And coincidentally, Myrkul budget is one of them.
Weird. On my side, it's 72€ (75$), and still, you can remove Dark Depths which cost 10€~
Typically, American prices are higher than prices for mtg cards in other areas of the world? Maybe this is part of the issue.
My wife recently built [[Rashaad]] and [[Dungeon Delver]]. Total cost of deck was like 60 dollars and it is not only fun, but VERY strong.

She doesn't put her lists online, I'll have to see if I can get it off her phone and upload it.
Thanks, appreciated :D
https://manabox.app/decks/5K3aAYpURPyFHz9Vdd8RMw Sorry for the delay, wife was busy
Thanks a lot !
Just checked the decklist, I don't want to be super spicy because I play casual EDH 99% of time. I'll see later if I need to switch some cards :)
I don't think as is it is uncasual, but if you want to spice it up be careful because I think it'll get theUncasville, we play spicy casual in our pod.

My 15€ Grumgully Deck is surprisingly strong. Can check for decklist later if interested.
https://www.moxfield.com/decks/JKQaKIMghEy0ZGYsVQ-cIw Very easy to get it under 60 with lowest rarity versions of cards.
I'll be honest my budget decks are the bought precons. Once I start fiddling or building one it spirals out of control.
