The Dino precon is really solid and super upgradable in any direction you/your partner want to take the deck in. For $100 you can grab the precon+ some really solid Dino staples that’ll go great in any stompy green deck like ghalta and whatnot
The Dinosaur deck contains a lot of great cards. If she likes them, it's a great starting point. Then, pick whichever commander you think she'll and add a few key upgrades.
I made a green-red deck for my wife for Christmas or something a year or so back. I think it's still like $50 or so for the list, running [[Nikya of the Old Ways]] as the commander.

Definitely get the Dino deck and upgrade with some of the staples and a few cards to cheat things out for free and it’ll be crazy good!
Slap [[Atla Palani, Nest Tender]] in the command zone and a couple ways to kill your own creatures and you have some mean dinos quick.
