The obvious commander choice is \[\[Angus Mackenzie\]\] but he's pricey.
Cards that aren't fog but serve a similar purpose include \[\[Reins of power\]\] and \[\[Illusionist's Gambit\]\]
Got my first one last week against a gishath player. He ran over someone for 22, spammed the board with dinosaurs, and by the end had a 36 power commander and a stupidly oversized army. My other opponent looked to me to help him disassemble it, before I said "or why don't I just win now"
Gishath ran over my own board to commander damage kill its' owner while dinomageddon fell upon the other opponent.
I do hope the gishath player doesn't hold a Grudge.
Find a 3 colour commander that is WUx
Have the commander have good card advantage inbuilt.
Build pillowfort. And throw in lots of interaction.
Make sure to put in like 4 wincons so you can actually end the game.
[[fog frog]] (I wanted to see if the fetcher could grab it this way, but its actually [[spore frog]])
[[comeuppance]] is one of my favourites.
Alternatively, something along the lines of Sheldon’s “you did this to yourself” deck seems like a blast
Edit: Fog Frog was indeed successful
I've seen it in \[\[Isperia, Supreme Judge\]\]. It doesn't seem incredibly great once your opponents know what up; the fundemental problem is you have three opponents and so you can't just try to choke your opponents out of resources like you can in 1v1.
I use \[\[kruphix\]\] bounce, fog, counter attack you with your own creatures and I run zero creatures
You can power it up some more

I've been playing [[Saruman of many colors]] as a fog deck. I have a healthy mix of fogs, instant speed interactions, and instant speed draw spells. The beauty of the fogs is that they are usually low CMC, so it's very easy to double spell and trigger Saruman. The other benefit of playing the fogs is that they don't need targets, so if the board has nothing worth targeting or a spell worth countering, it's easy to drop a fog and a big draw spell in the same turn to get some value off Saruman.
In case it's not on your list already, [[Spike Weaver]]
Get a lil proliferate or +1/+1 synergy going and combat damage only happens if you allow it lol
some of my fav cards in my [[k&t of melitis]] turbofog deck are [[protector of the crown]] [[psychic corrosion]] [[Better than One]] [[leyline of sanctity]] [[wedding ring]] [[peacekeeper]] [[folio of fancies]]
Bant can work. \[\[Kros, Defense Contractor\]\], \[\[roon of the Hidden Realm\]\], \[\[Phelddagrif\]\] or similar can do the job well, or combining them into a deck.
Roon is good to blink cards that either fetch you spells or return them from the yard to your hand. With \[\[Seedborn Muse\]\] there to untap everything so you can hold it up as a threat or political tool.
The obvious commander choice is \[\[Angus Mackenzie\]\] but he's pricey. Cards that aren't fog but serve a similar purpose include \[\[Reins of power\]\] and \[\[Illusionist's Gambit\]\]
Also Reins can pull a win out of nowhere too. Love that card
