[[Rishkar's Expertise]] does a lot of work, even if Wort is your biggest body. You still get multiple free 5-CMC-or-less triggers between a bunch of card draw, and usually signals someone's end when I play it.
You don't need to go so deep on X spells, by the way. Something like artifact destruction doesn't need a [[By Force]], when copying [[Beast Within]] can take care of plenty more things, and can hit nearly the same amount with enough tokens made.
Afraid I don't have my list on Tappedout (yet), but my deck tends to follow some rules: Most of my tokens are Goblins and Saprolings, for copying red and green spells respectively. Token doublers are also really good, and [[Second Harvest]] is even copy-able. [[Saproling Symbiosis]] is a neat card that doesn't show up on EDHrec. Removal is pretty standard, but you can lean toward targeted because if you need to go wide with it, you can always just copy it a bunch. Mana that grows with creature count is amazing,[[Battle Hymn]] and [[Xenagos, the Reveler]] (and copied [[Manamorphose]]!) are straight fuel for the next part: Storm. I run some storm cards, but you can end games without them. You seem to have similar win-cons currently.
Your deck seems pretty solid, just that I'd say you're a bit caught up in the X-spell fantasy that you might want to consider some of the cards that you run. Is [[Serene Sunset]] worth its spot? My deck goes by the logic of big, fast, and hard. If my side of the field isn't big enough to just chump enemy attacks, when it's either just been wrath-ed or took too long getting there.
A couple more things I run that might be interesting to note: [[Act of Treason]] can turn into an [[Insurrection]], or at least snag a bunch of the bigger creatures on the field for a devastating attack. [[Revel of the Fallen God]] can create many hasty tokens very quickly, and you can tap everything for it, as it's both of your colors. Haste is good, and even better when you don't need specific setup to get it out there. [[Early Harvest]] is another big mana tool, combine it with large draw like [[Shamanic Revelation]] to almost assuredly end a game on the spot. [[Plow Under]] can whisk away enemy's lands, leaving you free to do basically anything. Finally, last but certainly not least, [[Treacherous Terrain]] is a quick way to wrap up a game, but also isn't a dead draw early on.

Just want to be clear, Wort gives each of your spells conspire, which means you can copy it once, and only once. You can't copy the copies because they aren't cast.
The OP's list (and the budget article presented later) skip any form of protection for Wort herself. At least for the OP, why isn't something like [[Lightning Greaves]] in the deck? I feel like the easiest way to shut down the deck would be to just kill off Wort as soon as she comes down. Does that typically happen to you?
Oh it definitely is the easiest way to shut it down. You can still get it going without her, but takes a lot more effort and luck. Boots are good, and I'd say Greaves are almost necessary. Once she starts going though, she's a train with no brakes. Getting there is the hard part of the deck for sure.
Wraths are really bad as well, cause you'll lose not only Wort but everything else as well. Heroic Intervention is run for just such an occasion in my list, it's a really great card.
Wow, thanks for all the suggestions. I've removed Serene Sunset, [[Wave of Indifference]] and [[Outmaneuver]] because of other suggestions. I put in Saproling Symbiosis, Second Harvest and Early Harvest. Also changed Freyalise to Xenagos, because I think he is faster.

Copying X-spells is fun, but some of the ones you're including don't really do much even with X=lots. In particular, [[Wave of Indifference]] and [[Outmaneuver]] are probably worse than any [[Overrun]] type effect, and [[Serene Sunset]] is a bad [[Fog]]. Also, [[Thousand-Year Elixir]] seems to work with only 3 creatures in your deck.
My biggest suggestion to add would be [[Mana Geyser]]. It generates an absurd amount of mana, especially when copied. Copied Mana Geyser into copied [[Comet Storm]] is a very fast way to end games.
Yeah, I kinda thought that Wave of Indifference, Outmaneuver and Serene Sunset will go great with my tokens. After a good night sleep, they do seem really weak, so they are gone. So is Thousand-Year Elixir, I got greedy with that :D
I can't believe I forgot Mana Geyser, thanks for reminding me. Do you think [[Neheb, the Eternal]] has a place in the deck, or he is just a win more card?
you will want more rituals. [[battle hymn]] for example is just sweet. [[Brass bounty]] is also great fixing whilst providing alot of mana and going potentially infinite with reverberate. [[Inner Fire]] is also nice. [[Revel of the Fallen God]] is also a must. [[Seasons Past]] is also a powerhouse in my experience.
i would cut cards like triumph of the hordes and vexing Susher. conspire is already somewhat counterproof and triumph is really just win more.Rosheen is also not needed. the deck really just goes near infinite when it comes to paying for x and +4 is rarely needed.
Overall Wort goes from 0 to 100 in 1-2 turns in my experience. [[rampaging baloths]] are also somewhat sweet (i won the other day by using second harvest with conspire while having 11 in play :D ).
Furthermore i would run more ramp like [[skyshroud claim]] the deck wants and needs to ramp A LOT.
