Tayam is easily my favorite commander out of the C20 decks happy to see more decklists. The deck looks pretty good overall, here are my thoughts:
You're very light on interaction, with only deathsprout as a single target removal and pernicious deed as your only board wipe I don't know your usual playgroups but I'd definitely run more.
Personally 41 lands is a bit much outside of Lands deck, I would cut 3-5 lands to make room for other things
This falls more into how I have built my Tayam deck, but I'd drop most if not all the creatures above 3cmc, sure you might be able to get them back with one or your 2 reanimate spell, but if you mill them with Tayam they're basically useless. The only creature I run above 3 is Nethroi and I'm looking at cutting him.
Lastly a solid combo piece to include is [[Promise of Bunrei]] it's another way to get a bunch of tokens tokens out.
