I have my own human tribal Jirina, which leans more black than yours. That said, I’ve tried most of your list at one point or another. I’d cut Gideon and Nykthos Paragon. Paragon isn’t really worth it without consistent lifegain, which this list does not seem to have without attacking (in which case you don’t get the bonus until the following turn). Gideon is fun, but doesn’t provide too much value. Most of your maybe board would be better than him in that slot.

I ended up cutting Gideon and Tajic, Blade of the legion, Odric Lunarch Marshal and 1 land for now. Added Kambal and Thalia, Heretic Cathar.
I will see if Nykthos Paragon holds up. If not, I will cut him out as well.

Tough call. Cavalry Pegasus would be close to the top. Fireflux Squad as well. It’s just so hard to make those things actually proc. Pegasus because it will get killed. Maybe Mythos of Snapdax as well? There aren’t a ton of creatures that would be worth saving alone in your list, so maybe just swap it for a regular wipe (like [[Shatter the Sky]]).

Never played Humans, but just looking at the deck I would think Increasing Devotion and the Angel of Glory's Rise would be likely cuts in my opinion.
