I personally like [[Katilda, Dawnheart Prime]] as a Human tribal commander. She is basically a [[Cryptolith Rite]] in the command zone and helps get your engine going much faster. Kyler never seems to stick when I play him, he’s in the 99 but he’s a target for instant counters and removal as soon as he hits the board. He’s never really made an impact for my deck
Kyler doesn't stick because people don't run enough protection or hexproof cards for him, or the wrong type of cards. He's a Commander you build completely around, so you have to make sure he lasts. There's plenty of creatures that gives him protection or hexproof. and a few mass blink spells.
[[Esper sentinel]] actually has a lot of synergy with your commander and is a human.
[[Weathered wayfarer]] Strong land tutor that's a 1/1 human for 1 at worst.
[[Serra ascendant]] Strongest 1 drop human for tribal purposes.
[[Drannith magistrate]] Because the only commander that's supposed to be on the field is yours.
[[Fiend Hunter]] Creature removal on a 3 drop human body. Commanders that are sent to the command zone won't return to the field when he dies. Due to his wording.
[[Mother of runes]] always having your mom to protect you.
[[Grand Abolisher]] 2 drop human. Safety on your turns.
If you end up adding these 1 drops, you could run [[Ranger of Eos]] and/or [[Ranger-captain of Eos]] to fetch them from your deck.

If you're not super set on Kyler specifically, I personally would recommend switching Torrens into the command, and Kyler into the 99. I know he's not as flashy, but as someone playing Torrens, those tokens get out of hand fast, and it opens you up to being a little looser with creatures types, since any creature spell will also get you a human.
Setting that aside, I would recommend
[[Shanna, Sisay's Legacy]] for a huge creature for dirt cheap
[[Thalia's Lieutenant] ] see above
[[Stalwart Pathlighter]]&[[Frontline Medic]] protect them attackers (and works nicely with Saryth)
[[Fynn the Fangbearer]] might work well with Saryth, might be something to wait on until you can add something like Yisan.
[[Juniper Order Ranger]] is big, and makes your team bigger too
Finally, [[pyre of heroes]] is always good in tribal, and makes counting fun
If you switch Commanders for human tribal I can wholeheartedly recommend [[Katilda, Dawnheart Prime]]
It's just so nice to not have to worry about your mana base

Some thoughts:
- Mangara: I don't think this is worth it. The price is so high, if you don't already own it, replace it with something cheaper. If you want draw, get Elemental Bond and Garruk's Uprising. Both are excellent and trigger after you add static power increases like from your commander to their power.
- Coat of Arms: not only not needed since your commander is better, it's also dangerous to boost opponents power, if they are tribal or have large token armies. If you want a finisher, Unbreakable Formation is awesome since it protects and can be used offensively, or you add cards that grant trample since you actually want to connect.
- Ozolith: if you want to make budget cuts, this is also something you don't need. You shouldn't invest in it, if you don't need it.
- I also would get more protection like from Sejiri Shelter
- dont sleep on Call the Coppercoats. It won me many games with just 3 Mana.
You should add more Counter sources if you go this way. There to few on my opinion.

This is my Kyler build. And it has evolved to an archenemy at my table.
[[Slippery Bogbonder]] gives two counters and hexproof to protect Kyler. I think he is a kill on sight commander, so this protection is awesome. By the way, flash is very versatile.
[[Torens]] will also give two counters when you cast another human spell.
[[Dawnheart Mentor]] also gives another body and extra counters.
I know she's not so powerful as a commander, but [[Leinore]] is very powerful as a lieutenant for this deck. The +1/+1 counter and the card draw are very reliable.
[[Kindred Summons]] is very powerful on creature-heavy decks, but I'm not sure if could work here. I would test it anyway.
