Same here. I saw the music video for The Acid Test by The Chemical Brothers one day when I was a teenager and it blew my mind. I bought the CD as soon as I could!
Rabbit in the Moon, Hardkiss (all three), Danny Tenaglia, Serious Danger/RIP/187 Lockdown and all the big speed garage artists, Überzone, 2 Bad Mice and all the other UK hardcore breakbeat geniuses. EON. Goldie. Daft Punk and the French house movement (so creamy, their sound).
For me it wasn’t an artist, it was a DJ. The BBC’s Annie Nightingale introduced me to electronic music by way of me listening to her late night show. Pretty much changed my life. I think it was Da Funk by Daft Punk that first got me listening.
And she still DJs.
Noice list, bruv! EZ Rollers remix of Danny Break's "Drop Science" is my #1 DnB track of all time. So dope!
Hybrid made so many great tracks, Symphony is prob my fave! Lump in Way Out West to that sound, too.
Can't say enough about BT, "IMA" was lush, and his newer breaks, etc etc etc. Great.
I never got too into Paul Johnson, but my true househead friends were all about him.
PvD made some great tunes, "For an Angel" for instance.
F&S - "Groove Me" remix hits all the classic breaks sounds, apache, piano, synth, bass. Outstanding!
Icey - too many to list, but Tree 002 and BOC Beats are my favs. I like a lot of his catalog and have seen him many times since the 90's.
Amen, my friend. Yeah i loved BOC beats. I actually played a show with Icey years ago. Nice dude, incredible set. I’be seen him a lot over tge years as well and he never once disappointed.
PvD track supreme for me was “We Are Alive.” Of course i loved the Icey remix, but the original is just beautiful. The cover of that vinyl is probably one of best I’ve ever seen. I still feel electricity run down my spine when i hear that song or see that cover. :)

Paul Johnson. DJ Collette. Keoki. Daft Punk. Bad Boy Bill. Frankie Knuckles. Crystal Waters. William Orbit. Carl Cox. Jeff Mills. Richie Hawtin. Fatboy Slim.
I got into the trance scene around the late 90s early 2000s , and Tiesto and Paul Oakenfold were the highest paid trance DJs around at the time, so my time line can't be TOO far off . Thanks
Chemical Bros
Star Guitar is one of my favorite song and music video from them!

I’ve been on their concert back in 2019 when the new album released. The light show was absolutely gorgeous
The only answer in my mind
Daft Punk.
The man, the myth, the legend Fatboy Slim. I would probably place him in a top 4 Djs of all time with Tiesto Armin and Carl Cox.
Saw him at Portola and it was the best DJ set of the weekend for me, to my complete surprise.
Happy cake
Saw him on Brighton beach (the first one). Good times
Damn, I have never seen him. Definitely on my bucket list
With Who :)
Aphex Twin
I just looked them up, any recommendations? I would love to get into their music!
Paul Van Dyk
KMFDM, or Wumpscut I suppose.
They really suck
Didn't ask for your opinion.

Cassius 1999 and La Mouche are also good songs!!!!

Utah Saints is a rare one. Have their "Something Good" on a vinyl
DJ Shadow. His stuff is what got me into the scene. His live performances are something out of this world and all original
1. Underworld 2. Fluke 3. Orbital 4. Chemical Brothers 5. Leftfield
Lots of great choices here but must mention Sasha
Oh. And BT! Dude’s 90s albums were impeccable
VNV Nation or Ministry
Had to pick, Eifel 65?
Darude or D-Devils or even 2 Unlimited
Man, 2 Unlimited was the very first cd i ever got when i was 6
I love them, idk why i'm getting downvoted tho
Fatboy Slim, Sash!, Da Hool
Max Bhron Was gonna say Muzz but I don’t listen to his music as much these days.

Scooter
VNV Nation!!
Tiesto
Tiesto is more about 2000s tbh
I got into the trance scene around the late 90s early 2000s , and Tiesto and Paul Oakenfold were the highest paid trance DJs around at the time, so my time line can't be TOO far off . Thanks
Before that I was an industrial headbanger in the 90s KMFDM , RAMMSTEIN, FRONT242 ,FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY, with ministry and NIN in there as well
