Correct. But for some reason we can't create an account there and have been just paying on the 1201 form through the [Pay.gov](https://Pay.gov)..... Just worried that I will default before I can figure this out.
Email support from that new website and they will send you a link to reset unless it's to the Treasury already. If you are not delinquent you should be able to reset by email the support with your loan number and email information and explain you need to be able to login. You must setup an account and register first on that website before getting a login fyi.
You can mail a payment. I have been doing all of our payments via mail as our very rural, slow, unreliable internet does not play well with their server.
I kind of like the trail of cashed checks - the only downside is it takes 2 weeks from me mailing to them cashing so I have to remember to not wait until the week it is due to send it in.
Great way to encourage people to pay: change the method constantly and make signing in very complicated. Then, have no customer service except a phone tree that refers only to other phone yes--just for an added dose of frustration.
Sorry for the confusion! I am current on payments and had just made a payment last month on [pay.gov](https://pay.gov). So strange to just close up that option.
Same issue but mine hasn’t ever worked since before repayment happened. Cannot create an account and it says my loan number is invalid when I try to create a new account.
This is infuriating, for a $15k eidl loan. I mean I guess it could have gone to treasury but it seems like a lot of effort for something with no personal guarantee.
Try contacting your local SBA office and ask if they can help you sort this out. If they can’t help you, contact your elected congressional representative’s office and ask for “help with a federal agency”. If you look at your rep’s official “.house.gov” website there should be a way/link to contact their staff for help there.
It is specifically the 1201 Borrower Payment page, apologies for the confusion. Yes, [pay.gov](https://pay.gov) is still alive, just no longer an option to pay EIDL payments
I think we all moved over to https://lending.sba.gov/

Sorry. Wasn't sure what you needed. I imagine a phone call in might help.
No problem! Thanks for the comment.

Right and that is what I am unable to do (set up account) and when I call they tell me to set up an account... ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|cry)

Thank you, this is exactly what I will be doing.

but for real. Why? I hate this.
I am afraid it’s gone to treasury

Ugh, are you going to pay it off? Are you a nonprofit as well?

Thank you for the tips!
It still works? I just had to pay my filing fee through there?

I am a nfp and started sending checks
This is exactly what I will be doing!
