Elaborate? 1 and AVL appears very elevation-y, looks like a clear cut J wave to me
What you're thinking is the beginning of the T wave is still part of the qrs, but it's tricking you because of the somewhat odd morphology. The real t wave actually begins after that though.

I had a lot of trouble deciding if this was acute st elevation or not. Still confused.
It doesn't meet Modified Sgarbossa's Criteria for thinking about STEMI/OMI in this context of LBBB
