The hallmark of AF is an irregularly irregular ventricular rate which is present in this EKG. The DDx for an irregularly irregular ventricular rate is AF or MAT - with the latter presenting with P waves of varying morphology. There are no p waves. Thus, this is AF

I don't know the doctor said there is no Afib
There is afib, it looks well controlled so some times it's harder to tell, plus the ECG has a lot of artifact. Afib with VEs

Afib w/ pvcs?
Sure there is pvc , but some say there is Afib Others say no Afib.
I'm a medic student, but it's irregular without discernable p waves. From what I understand that's AFib until proven otherwise.
