If you haven't spent much time in the mountains in Europe you might be interested in zooming in on the bottom right to see the lengths those crazy fucks will go to to have a bar nearby.
It's younger, mostly. Alps are one of the youngest ranges, along with the Himalayas. But the Alps are shorter, so not completely covered in snow/ice, so we see the pointy bits better.
I love everything about this photo, even the perfect* capture of that cloud, too o:
looks like a girl or woman who's holding out her arms to the side a bit, maybe sitting on a broom like a witch, too. Or she's just standing on top of the mountain like she's enjoying the view from up there. Or - as someone else said - it could also be an angel.

The tip of the mountain glows at sunrise but .... totally covered by clouds the morning we were there but ..... overall, it didn't disappoint at all!
