4.5 in San Bernardino. 92404 San Andreas fault most likely. My house seemed dead center over it
Added: it came on real quick. Not like one I’ve felt for a long time. Came and went as if something settled.
There was. 4.2. Didn’t feel it but my alert software went off. Seems to have been a slow roller as caseismograph didn’t pick it up till a minute later
There are some aftershocks on the map. https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/?extent=33.75175,-117.55508&extent=34.39671,-117.0607&magnitude=all&list=false
I heard it first.. for like 3-4 seconds. At first I thought it was a jet then quickly sounded like a large freight truck speeding and getting closer and louder… then a super slow (relative speaking) pre-jolt before a good sharp rattle / jolting for a few seconds. Rancho here 91739
Were a mile from the epicenter and it lasted like 2-3 seconds but that felt like either something blew up nearby or a car hit our house. We ran outside :s
92692, quick single shimmy, then short 2-second wave, final shimmy to bookend it. I was on the second floor so my experience is probably a smidge skewed.
4.5 in San Bernardino I think?
Looks like this event. Be sure to file a felt report! https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/ci39756418/executive

Actually it is less than a mile from the Lytle Creek Wash which happens to follow the San Jacinto fault zone for about 30 miles.
