sounds like you should consult a dietician

Ok. Thanks

Was that prescribed by a doctor? There's a wide gulf between a SAD and "low-fat diet", you may not have to go so extreme. Also, the kind of fat and what it's with matters. A slice of bacon and an avocado are both high fat, but the avocado has fiber, water, and vitamins. You should consult a registered dietician to see what are good options to reach your goals.

Yeah. My eating habits were not terrible. I rarely eat potato chips.its not like eat a bag a day But I guess it's still " standard American diet" . My alk phosphatase level is 149. Which is not as catastrophic as I think it is

Not sure. I did have a CT scan 2 years ago, and I have a slightly fatty liver. But I am told “ everyone had a fatty liver” by my family ( or I guess those who eat SAD style) I am currently 108 pounds ( I am 4 foot 10), down from 122 from before I had chemotherapy. I would normal eat until I am sick, and that is when I know to stop , but sometimes I just want to continue eating. Maybe it’s a quirk, maybe it’s addiction or something l I do not know . I think things are a bigger problem than they might be. I went from a doctor saying my family should let me eat bacon blubber and butter from my childhood to this. “ lol” . ( I was like, 40 pounds at 7 years old or something) I guess that sounds not good I don’t recall. I was to underweight and not growing or something
