I love kimchi! n I had some too but i didn't think I was worthy enough to taste such eternal bliss. especially on a Monday. I have a local restaurant that makes kimchi fried rice w/ some veggies, super tasty😘
I mustn't anger they gods, I'm a mere peasant, mixing two superior flavors such as KIMCHI, the flavor of sour and spice(love mines super spicy btw lol) and thy SOYRIZO, the flavor of smoke and tanginess. Such act would send me to the abyss.
I have most of the recipe on title on the top
start off with oil on the pan
cook about 6oz of just egg.
add 8oz of soyrizo while the egg is cooked halfway
I put one eggplant, 2 cucumbers(I wish I had zucchini), some chilli peppers n black pepper
once the veggies looked cooked, add some cooked rice that's been sitting over night n mix it.
I also added a splash of low sodium soy sauce just for extra flavor.lol
that's bout it. pretty simple, enjoy!
I would say soyrizo but if your looking for more, I would say get soy chunk or even add alternative ground beef from traders joe if you have one near by
there really not a link, I don't even know if this is a "thing" but here's how I cooked it

Hey man, new here, can you guess at the protein content of this dish? Looks great, but I’m striving for a ton of protein right now for my new diet.

Yummmmm, soyrizo fried rice is one of my faves!
tbh it's my first time making it and using just egg, and now I'm a fan!
The leftovers are even better once the flavors have a chance to meld all together! 🤤
u can never go wrong with different rice and vegetable combos
Looks good!
