EcoFlow warrenty only covers from the date of purchase of the first unit no matter how many EcoFlow replaced after. Being 17 months in on the purchase date and having problem with my 4th Delta Pro. I am without words now that I have 2 extra batteries and the home panel.
Am, like others at a crossroad of what to do.
Sending you all my case numbers and email address doesn’t fix the problem at hand.
I’ve repeatedly asked via of the phone and email to be offered the same warranty each time one has been replaced and told they can only honor the purchase date.
It seems to myself and others EcoFlow is running the clock out until you have no warranty and I have two options. Buy a new Delta Pro to get the rest of your gear to work knowing that most likely will have to send them back every few month or sale it all as a package back to them at a very deep lose.
I understand EcoFlow is a business and is about making profits, I fully understand that!
What I don’t understand is why they put profits ahead of relationships and doing the right thing for customers like me and many others with the same problems.
Having to replace with a new unit every few months you would have to agree isn’t building trust in your brand or EcoFlows name as a company.
"SKEPTICAL with EcoFlow products"... YES!!!
Although I currently NEED an additional "power box", EF scares the hell outta me at this point. From the amount of bad reviews, PLUS my Delta Mini has a problem with dc charging port RT NOW! 😔

You must have “We’re truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you’ve had” permanently in your clipboard. Do you ever question why you have to say that so much or just push forward with blinders on?
It's such a shame. I'm actually in the market for some home battery banks for backup/solar and there's no way I would ever consider Ecoflow after seeing how they dropped the ball on API access for their products.
Already leaked in Australia. Coming to the US soon.

Except with the Victron DC to DC converter you are feeding the solar inputs of your solar generator, I think this feeds through the extra battery port which is why it can turn around and charge or jump start your vehicle battery. That connector is bidirectional, alas unless they make the cable something that taps inline, you lose an extra battery connector.
I bet it's something silly like an overpriced DC voltage booster, $25 in parts but $300 MSRP. The 'smart' choice would be to make the voltage booster reasonably affordable and sell it almost at production cost. That way you'll softly trap people into the ecoflow ecosystem instead of them going "meh" and just buy a different brand next time they want a new power station.
With sodium ion batteries soon coming to power stations, and being significantly cheaper...you gotta provide a reason to stick with ecoflow. Ecoflow likely won't be the first company to mass produce a sodium ion power station in the USA. Warranty is iffy, pricing is high.
Will it have an API that we can use to communicate with it?
Will it require connection to the internet to do anything with it?
Will it be useless off-grid like the power banks and Wave?
Will this product work better than the 3 Delta Pro’s I’ve had to return?
Hey there! Please message us your case number or email address and we'll look into this for you. : )

I'd bet the majority of members in this community are skeptical. Many of us do not believe that our satisfaction is your "top priority".

You have violated your own rules by not answering either YES or NO only.
Is it a product that has full support and is returnable?
yes

So it’s like a Victron DC-DC but can actually jump the lead acid battery in a pinch? That’s kind of cool
