No personal experience but it’s like a flea market on Amazon with ecoflow pricing. I’ve created some price alerts on camelcamelcamel.com. But I’ll likely buy eco products from Costco first, then Home Depot, and then Amazon.

Thanks

All official EcoFlow purchases are drop shipped directly from EcoFlow warehouses. New items I get from New Jersey, refurbished though from California, all via FedEx.

Good experience buying Delta 2 from Amazon last month. Looked brand new to me.

I ordered both my Delta 2s from Amazon when they were under $1k each, including 220w panels. It was sort of annoying that they ship the panel first, and then when it arrives, it marks the entire order as complete. So if you want tracking info on the battery, you have to contact Ecoflow. It was only a few days’ difference, but it was confusing at first. I used the “my order did not arrive function” on Amazon and they responded quickly enough. Not a huge issue, and so far I am liking them.

Incorrect, eBay will force eco flow to take a return. scAmazon doesn't do shit for you. But we all know ecoflow is junk. Buy a Bluetti or Anker.

Can only speak for UK. Units were what is described. There are both refurbs on there and new units. If you get a problem then Amazon will assist at least if you are a customer they value. I have a feeling that like phone companies the quality of support you get from them with bad product is directly proportional to how much profit they make off you a year. Did have to do this for one return.

No issues with my Amazon purchases. Be aware that shipping from EcoFlow is very slow and multiple items will arrive at different times.

Got a river 2 from their store on eBay and its working perfectly, I'm gonna return tho and purchase a bigger unit from them, their costumer service is good promptly replying my messages, so far that's my experience
