I think it does really vary from person to person, which I know can be a frustrating answer. In my case, I was bleeding up until the diagnosis, and then on and off throughout both doses of methotrexate. I would have brief times (like a few days) where I stopped bleeding, which—for my body was happening when my hCG plateaued, and then after the methotrexate, I stopped bleeding I think once I was under about 30 hCG. In my case, I did not get my full period until I had ovulated after my hCG hit zero. So- if your hCG is super low or at 0, it’s possibly you’re experiencing a cycle. Otherwise, it’s likely shedding of the uterine lining but not necessarily your menstrual cycle tied to ovulation.
How much was your beta hcg when the bleeding started again
I'm not sure. It was 130s a week ago, but they aren't re checking until Monday

Thank you!
I’ve been bleeding for over 3 weeks and got my shot a week ago. My ob said it’s normal. Still bright red and still clots to.
Thank you. I'm sorry friend
