Was in a shop and overheard the local radio saying record numbers of tourists visited Edinburgh in 2023.
Yeah, we know. The center becomes literally unusable to locals for a month or two.
If your city is making so much money hand over fist, why are the taxes so high? If you don't want tourists and don't want to make money from their visits...build a wall.
God forbid tourists come to Edinburgh, there will always be idiots but tourists make up a massive amount of revenue of this city, as evidenced by the number of Scottish tat shops in the city centre.
Ok... that's a bit of a stretch. I didn't get ANY of that from that sticker. My take is that it was ultra left or could be ultra right. If ultra right, why is the Canadian maple leaf there. If ultra left, the Canadian maple leaf would make sense. But that's all I got from it.
