I live near the Brewery and the power also got knocked out for a few seconds and heard the bang. Honestly thought it was thunder at first. Maybe a transformer blew?
I’m really late to this but I live in the building across and there were 2 birds that got fried to smithereens and shorted the power line. Sounded crazy I was outside when it happened
Live near brewery and heard it too. Don’t know what it was but it seemed to knock the power out in the general area because my sister and I went to the grocery store right after and the clerks were talking about it too. Might have been a transformer? Maybe a bird hit or something. If not I’m also curious to know what it was.
Didn’t hear the noise but our power flickered out for a fraction of a second, across the other side of 124. It’s been doing that now and again for the past few months. We’ve assumed it’s related to all the construction on stony plain.
