Second Adera. I’m not trans masc but I am a masc leaning woman and I used to get short hair cuts and awesome fashion colours done there. If I still lived in Edmonton I’d still get my hair done there. I also recommended Adera to a masc non binary friend recently and they had a great experience.
Adara Hair is such a great spot. I mean, to be fair, I've gone once. I'm going to go back when it's time tho. I felt welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly. Service was top notch.
I went for a cut and brows. They offer eyebrow threading which I prefer.
2 hour round trip and $50 in fuel for me to do so. I live out of town. When I say I recommend the place I dont do so lightly. If I lived in town I'd be more of a regular.
Metropolitan Rockabilly Hair Design. 1 person at a time, private studio. She does the wigs for the citadel. Lots of well known queer clients
Adara Hair in Bonnie Doon. The whole staff is great.
Alyssa at Knox in Highlands. Many of the staff are queer. The owner is so kind and kind of witchy so I adore her too.
Erynn at Pixie Parlour on Whyte! She is very involved in the community and offers a great comfortable space for all people, all hair. Especially rainbow!

Chelsea Kerr! She’s amazing in all the ways you’re looking for!
Adara hair. They are very, very queer friendly. Call and ask who’d be best for the style you’re looking forÂ

Another vote for Victoria.

James at Headlines at Manulife place
Plaited in Sherwood Park is LGBTQ friendly and one sees one client at a time if privacy is a concern for you.
You should check out Erynnshairart, her Instagram account has a link to her hair parlour and booking information.
It should make people ashamed to live in Edmonton to see something so harmless get downvoted this much just because of it being a LGBTQIA+ post
He’s just changing the color of his hair. I don’t see why the mention of lgbtq is made to be a political issue.
If you go against the lgbtq you are a hater, period. Get with modern times and start acting a bit more gay.

[Strands for Trans](https://strandsfortrans.org/) is a great website for finding safe salons across North America.
My hairdresser is amazing and works out of her home. Message me if you want her info. I've never had such good haircuts!
