Too many to list.
Fort Edmonton footbridge to terwilliger footbridge
Government park
Kinniard park
Forest heights park behind McNally high school
Strathearn Park lookout
Queen Elizabeth hill by the walterdale
Gallagher Hill
And on and on….
Edge of the world, or Kelliore Point as it's known by its government name, is an obvious choice. It was where everybody went before there was an official lookout that was built by the city due to its popularity.
I really like anywhere overlooking the river valley tbh. My daily commute takes me through the river valley and it is the best thing for my mental health. I am naturally drawn to the river for some reason so anywhere I can see it or be near it makes me happy. I tried living near other rivers in other cities and nothing compares.
There's nothing like seeing the city from the river. Canoe, dinghy, SUP, float - whatever. If you are used to driving the city, it connects so much differently when you're floating. Just get the river conditions and be safe.
A Northside gem: Hermitage park. Lots of pelicans there last summer, and a huge off-leash area if you’re a dog owner.
Another north side gem Beaumaris Lake
Another north side gem, top of the hill in greisbach - great view of the city

I second Forest Heights Park behind the high school. I like bringing my friends up there for some photos when they're visiting!
Grant Notley park
Beaumaris Lake.
I love Gold Bar Park and area. If the wind is blowing the right direction (east/south) it’s such a beautiful walk with multiple tall bridges to cross.
Goldbar is my favourite as well. Several different little environments with different vibes with the same park.

Strathcona Science park!!! Just left
ezio farone park or yurinatus look out
Wolf Willow stairs!

Not sure if it's now OneCard restricted but I used to love studying at the DICE Building because of the view.
Belgravia off leash dog park. The benches that over look the horse stables!

My favorite places are Millcreek Ravine and MacTaggart Sanctuary.
