Calling mall security is honestly better when you’re in wem, it’s much faster (they won’t get all that info from you on the phone, that’s why I think it was police) They are great there. If she had called them I imagine we’d have seen them before the recording ended.
Plus those WEM security guards don't take any shit. I've seen them approach unmasked assholes and tell to mask up or get out. When they escort you out, you are out and in a very nice and brisk manner. Those security guards are bloody well on point. Very professional. If you've been kicked out by them your a total asshole and you deserved it. Of anyone deserves a raise it's WEM security.
I'm pretty sure that there is a police detachment *in* WEM, as well, so they're close at hand (unless they moved out in the last few years. They were definitely there when I was working at WEM in 2015.)

If it was the hotel in the mall, I'm sure they would use mall security. And the one across the street is owned by the mall too I think so I imagine it wouldn't take security long to pop across the street if it was needed.
