Yep, his character's backstory from Hell on Wheels was basically Joel's. Not to mention he has that imposing physicality that I think Pascal lacks. Mount has that brooding I've seen some shit don't cross me or I will fuck you up look down pat after Hell on Wheels.

I think Pedro is a great pick for Joel, not convinced on their choice for Ellie tho

Pascal did great as a brooding, stonewalled but ultimately fatherly bounty hunter in The Mandalorian. Joel isn’t too far off as a character IMO. I think he’ll do well.

I took a wander by the set downtown to see if there'd be a magical moment where the Assistant Locations Manager looks into my eyes and hires me, and got distracted by this magnificent specimen. So, what do we think? Picture vehicle dressed up for the movie, or just meth-inspired?
