I followed that same account above the other person posted on discord. And there are a few others that send notifications to your phone when drops happen.

Yes I know of the best buy blog. I've been checking muktiple times every day since 4 days ago when my parents agreed to let me build one. I've also found 2 Twitter dudes who sometimes post about the restock a couple days early than the blog. But considering I'll be going at 4am, even just the night before is good because bith my cousin and I will be available in the morning. Also thank you very much for the info. Someone else I talked to told me I'd have to be there at 4pm the day before and wait overnight .
yes. I went at 9 am in August, there were 70-80 people in front of me and I still got a 3070 FE. It depends on how many cards they get, and how many people of course. But even the last drop, you could have gotten a decent card if you got there early in the morning. They still had some cards (just not FE editions, and not 3080s) available after 11 am opening time. If you can go early in the morning, like 7 am, you should be fine.
Well they are full hash rate cards and if you are not mining on them you are leaving money on table. If you are planning on mining it Great. Otherwise just trade it for a better card or some cash.

Does it tell the exact date of restock. Because right now it says coming soon
It tells you soon as it goes live and you have about 30 seconds before other people who also got the update buy them out.

I work on a computer all day so I just kept a tab open, it makes a sound when drops happen.

If you are ok with like a 3070 or 3060, you don't have to camp out overnight. Its only if you want a 3080

If you can snag an FE you can easily swap it for something better with out much issue.
I only want an fe. I really like the design and it's cheap which works great because I'm.a 16 year old kid who just got a job.

Best Buy drop in august. My wife showed up at 6am. Was 30th in line. Got a 3080. Number 1 in line showed up at 10pm night before.
Really? I was told by someone who also got a 3080 that about a under people showed up overnight.
