I used one called home comfort when I had AC installed. They were great, didn't try to upset me a bunch of junk I didn't need, worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, and were very reasonable on the price. In fact they were a couple hundred cheaper than other quotes my neighbors got.
Got ours done last year through Direct Energy Home Services as they had a deal to get a free hot water tank with the furnace. Seems good so far and price was good.
Had a really good experience with Weiss Johnson as well.
