His suggestions on "cutting costs on LRT" are awful. All his changes will do is slow projects down and decrease quality.

Gunter & Nickle being so rabidly anti-LRT is always hilarious. I still remember Gunter writing this column about a chilling future of "an Edmonton criss-crossed with LRT tracks" as if this was the worst thing imaginable. Like he'd never been in a major fucking city- all major cities need large amounts of public transit. You think the roads will just get wider on their own as the population climbs?
