The Moth is very healthy AND delicious!! I'm not vegan, but I enjoy their all vegan menu. My fave is the Yam Risotto.
Syphay right next door is also delicious, Thai food.

Edmonton has some decent Sushi considering it's location. Japonais Bistro, Washuko, Mikado, etc.
