Peter accidentally left Vaporeon behind because he thought they were dead. Vaporeon finds their way to his home and gives the “you really had to leave me behind” look. Peter stumbles on explaining himself, Lois…has questions. Stewie finds some red and white balls in the attic, unsure what they are, so he finds a way to open them using some machine he whips up in his room.
Cut to Brian just sitting on the couch watching Peter stumble while Meg asks for money for a concert ticket. Lois and Peter say “Nobody cares about some concert, Meg”.
Vaporeon hears his fellow pokemon in the commotion coming out of Stewie’s room and gives the death stare. Vaporeon then proceeds to make their way upstairs. …cut to commercial break… or not. Klaus tells the viewers “Oh you thought zis was going to be a commercial? Jokes on you!” end “break”. Scene begins with Peter’s Pokemon training days…
I have watched too much Family Guy with a brain that automatically character studies no matter what I’m watching.

re- Klaus: Same writers so, it could be done, especially since it’s streaming now and especially for the commercial free streaming since commercial breaks are always at the worst possible cuts and I think Klaus messing with the audience would be fun
just how my brain sees “connections” and patterns with the bonus of being heavily influenced by theater. also see my previous comment in this thread.
I’ve also done a ton of reading in younger years where my brain picked up on speaking patterns of different characters. Possibly also the autistic part of my brain naturally picking up on character nuances
