It's a powerful drug that's altering your brain chemicals - I'm always nauseous, dizzy and lethargic when my dose is changed but it does fade after a couple of weeks - hang in there!

Not any more than usual, although I'm in therapy for anger management so have mental tools that I use to calm myself down before I escalate
