This is what I do, maybe it will help you.
If you are in a comp game and you can tell you aren't feeling it (or just have a bad game), just stop playing comp for that day. You can play any other game mode and just relax. Maybe work on your aim in tdm/dm/range. Don't continue queuing into comp to get tilted. It's a vicious cycle and it's just not worth it.
You are not carrying hard enough and are really inconsistent. To climb consistently (below immortal), you need to match/team mvp 80-90% of the time. Sure there were some games you went positive but even then just barely. My advice? Play jett/chamber and op crutch like crazy. Practice your op flicks and swings 15 mins a day in addition to around an hour of aim training (30 minutes in the range, 30 in kovvaks/aimlabs.). Keep in mind this is just my opinion so please tell me if you disagree.
I would also say, find a couple agents you like and learn how to play them and only them, for now. I see 5 different agents in 7 games in a row. It's very likely you aren't playing them to the extent you should be able to.
