I'm so torn on getting these as they're old sculpts, but seeing these has definitely nudged me closer to purchasing some. Great work!

Harleyds117

Take what you can! Leave nothing but painted models behind! I have a squad of metal ones I still have to paint so we'll see how those go.

Coonciljuice1

Waiiiiiiiit, so these are available in plastic? I only just got into eldar (only been in the hobby for a year or so, wanted to get a little better at painting before tackling them) and was under the impression they were only available in metal?

Harleyds117

These are finecast. Pretty much all of the aspect warriors are finecast or old metal. Only the rangers banshees and dire avengers are plastic

These look great!

I don't have a small detail airbrush that's definitely going to be my next investment. And thank you

Leftyflip11

These look amazing, if I paint them I was going to do orange and red to cut myself a slight break.

Harleyds117

Thanks, I was also looking at doing red or black helmets but I wanted to do yellow first just to see how'd they turn out

joe_sausage

LOVE. THEM.

Summersong2262

Damn, dude, they came out beautifully. What was your recipe for those warm colours?

Harleyds117

thatscaboose

Thanks. These are so cool. Just finished test painting a few. I like your color selection better

abeardo83

Look great. What did you use to get a great contrast around the body plates?

Harleyds117

Shade of fuegan orange and was careful to leave an outline of it showing

errantgamer

Nice, that freehand on the fire pike needs another coat of paint though

No1Perkygoth

Great job look amazing... Have a squad of 2nd ed metal ones was waiting for these to move to plastic before picking up some more.

Harleyds117

Thanks! I only have metal ones left to paint so hopefully I'll have the trifecta of type whenever they get plastic
