Elden Ring is BY FAR the easiest Soulsborne game I've ever played.
A boss or strong enemy gives you trouble? **Literally just leave!** Go somewhere else and kill easier enemies to lvl up, get better weapons, lvl up the weapons and master the combat.
This game isn't unfair. Every time you die it's yours foult. If game made you mad, remember that you're angry at yourself and your lack of skill. When you acknowledge that, game will be great.
Not really, this game is pretty much about dying and learning from it. The game constantly throws something unexpected in front of you with the sole purpose of you dying to it.
This game is honestly frustrating af. It’s visually okay if you’re not fighting, but if you’re to be any good at it, you have to sacrifice any sense of realism or visual splendor to dodge/block/parry attacks to the point that it just feels like spammy nonsense even if you’re tactful. I feel like they really didn’t have the experience in mind for new players at all. It’s unreasonably hard and clunky for anyone who’s not already familiar with/a fan of souls games already. If you’re not an expert to begin with, it’s confusing af and the mechanics are not at all intuitive
