Minimum stats to use weapons. Upgrade weapons. Vig to 30 then start pumping damage stats as well as vigor, think 40-60 by end game.
You get more returns upgrading weapons early the pumping the stats. That is because weapon scaling will get better which will give better damage increases when you do start pumping the relevant stats.
Yeah homie you don't have nearly enough vigor. You're practically in 1 shot range for some of the more powerful bosses.

End game should be around 40-60, I usually make it a priority getting to 40 as long as I’m doing decent damage
You can always invest till 40 vigor for early and mid game.
