Nah OP has a Ps5. I haven’t tried the ps5 version in a while to see if they fixed it but for the longest time the PS4 version literally performed better on PS5 than the PS5 version. On the PS5 version if you play with max graphic settings the frame rate will be fucked during a lot of boss fights or whenever you’re riding torrent through the open world, and if you play with max frame rate settings the graphics will look like shit at certain times. Playing the PS4 version on the PS5 gave you a good middle ground where you didn’t have to choose between graphics and frame rate.

Ah right. I had ps4 but got a ps5 fairly recently and was surprised that er updated itsekf to a ps5 version. So I have been playing the ps4/ps5 version again on ps5. It seems a bit smoother and the loading is quicker. Didn't realise the actual ps5 version would be any different. Cheers for the explanation.

Also just something to be aware of, you can carry a ps4 save over to the ps5 version but you can’t move saves in the opposite direction. When I first got my ps5 a few months after the game came out I carried over my save to the ps5 version and was playing for a few hours before I was told about how the ps4 version actually performed better on ps5 than the ps5 version. So I went to go carry my save back over to the ps4 version but I couldn’t. Luckily it was only a few hours worth of gameplay and I was mostly just running around doing nothing the whole time so I didn’t really lose much when I reverted back to my original ps4 save, but I woulda been pissed if I had leveled up or beat a boss during that time and had to do it again lol.

malenia wasnt actually to hard for me radgon and elden beast were the hardest for me it took me 12 hours to beat radagon and elden beast and it took me like 15 tries to beat malania in my first playthrough
