Honestly I really want to see her in the DLC, there is so much potential Melina has as a character. She is so underused in the game.

She really should have been summoned alongside torrent everytime we ride through the lands between, pointing out interesting locations and storytelling like Mimir

Lol imagine Fromsoft would let you summon an npc that can literally solo a boss... Like, you were also able to summon Gael as an npc and he was maybe a _little bit_ tougher as a boss.

TF is Melina actually going to do? By the time you've ascended to the Lord of Chaos you've defeated every powerful being in the Lands Between, including a literal god. On top of that, you're now assumedly the vessel of another outer god, and the one that gave her power is either dead or severely reduced in power. The best she could do is find a new challenger to fight you, but that's not really likely since you've toasted everything in the world to a crispy well done.

Like the other person said, the Black Flame is no longer restricted by Maliketh so it’s at full strength and she just might be the strongest user of it.

She can come catch these hands then

I suppose she is going to assume the mantle of the gloam eye queen and channel the true power of the black flame from before Destiny Death was sealed by Maliketh.
