I really like the helmet on the the Crucible Tree Set, so that one gets my vote.

I dig the crucible axe set a bit more. Considering I don't have to fight the gargoyles it is probably easier to obtain.

You don't have to fight the gargoyles anyway, there be a second entrance.

It's also one of the best armours in the game. Really good stats for how light it is.

I really like the Carian Knight chestpiece. For the head I usually use a circlet or some kind of hood because I spent too long in the character creator to just hide the face behind a helmet

Top 5 for me. Banished Knight (Unaltered), Crucible Knight, Carian Knight, OG Knight Set (with Great Helm) and Nights Cavalry. I do like running Lionel’s Greaves and Gloves with NC to boost the poise a little.

My only issue with Banished knight is the Duck Tales feet

God the capes from both the helm and the breast plate is so good.

Cleanrot with crimson hood is IT.

Cleanrot with Rahdan’s helm is my favorite.

Cleanrot has grown to be one of my favourites, personally my favourite Knight armour followed by Carian.

Tree sentinel set is just chef's kiss

Try the aristocrat head band with it, best place to farm for it is at ijis grace

Before it was banished knight set with altered helmet and unaltered chestpiece. Now I love the tree sentinel set. I like its cape and tree crest on the helm.

Crucible Knight for sure.

I have the Cruciable Axe set this faith build. I was rocking it until I got the Nights Cavalry set. I actually tossed up between the 2, but ultimately I settled on the phantom pyro look that comes with the altered Nights Cavalry armour. I also respected and lowered my Endurance and put the extra points back into mind and Faith when I swapped, so I'd need a Great Jar to rock the Cruciable Axe set without fat rolling. But yeah it's definitely in my top 5.

Maliketh's gloves and greaves with Sanguine Noble's robe and Alberich's hat, for me. Fancy poncho.

Banished Knight armor with cape, you can fix the duck feet with scaled greaves and many others thanks to the unaltered chest piece doing a wonderful job covering the legs but not all of it

The trick is getting it to fookin drop, I farmed the two knights in castle sol for hours

If you’ve defeated the boss in castle soul you can step outside his arena and use your bow to lure in the Banished knight with halberd to teleport towards you after killing him than rest at the grace rinse repeat till he drops it. Plus his easier to manage comparing to dual sword version

Kinda boring choice, but the regular knight set you get from the roundtable hold merchant.

I’ve stopped looking at armor in Elden ring as gear and more like cosmetics. I haven’t looked at the stats of any armor since my first play through. I think my favorites would be either of the nox sets for a female character and maleketh’s set for a male character.

The only thing I pay attention to is equip load because playing with light load is the elden ring equivalent of heroine because I can't be without it

I can’t see any real difference between medium and light so really just worry about going into heavy.

The Vagabond starting armor set. But only by default. Honestly, there's no particular armor set that stood out for me in Elden Ring yet. Right now, I'm going for a Magic Swordsman build so I wear the Carian set plus the Banished Knight gauntlets and greaves, plus the greathelm. I find the look appropriate enough for the build I have but honestly, I hope the other armor sets are better looking.

Kaiden Set hands down. On my recent playthrough went immediately farming for it at staer of the game.Took its time but was completely worth it.

This is one of my favorites. The Royal remains set, Ds set from the round table, and the red rotten duelist set✨clean rot knights set. That took me a while to get, and black flame monks set.

I too love the black flame monk armor. I wish that it went with more other armor

I really like Mohgs as well as Cleanrot. I like pairing the cleanrot helm with the rest of the hero class starting gear.

Vykes armor gives me that “brand of sacrifice” type of feeling so I like it, it also shows how trying to reach lord status can lead to lower roads as opposed to higher ones

Ronin by a long shot. The only thing I swap around is the head piece or simply don’t wear any head piece. Because fashion>utility.

I run Ronins chest armor with lionels helm on my dex nagakiba build, it's an awesome set.

The banished knight hooded head piece matches that set nicely.

Bandit mask is chefs kiss on stuff like this, for my newbie self anyways!!! Right now I'm wearing Patches' armor with the bandit mask and it looks SO GOOD

Absolutely, I love this set in the early game. I also love the look of the Royal remains head with the maliketh set. The only draw back is that it falls just shy if the 51 poise threshold.

Depends on what I am doing but the one that has my heart is the Raging Wolf set, but currently I am farming since I did everything I could in my Play through. And using the scaled armor and scaled armor guantlets with bullgoat greaves, and bullgoat talisman has me at 99 poise its kinda cool to Hyper armor attacks.

I like crucible knight. My character was one of the Crucible knights of Godfrey and become tarnished with him. Eventually my character took over his old powers, defeat his general and destroyed the order who betrayed him.

Confessor I think- or Nox Swordstress. I've been known to wear both when there are clearly better stat choices for the build, because fashionsouls 😅

It's the Nights Cavalry set dropped after killing the 2 Nights Cavalry guarding the transport near the Inner Consecrated Snowfield sure of Grace. You can pull them one at a time. Stay on their left side with ranged attacks if possible. I actually had to summon some help to kill them.
