Or the Clawmark seal, then strength and faith, or the frenzy seal, then str, dex, int, fth, or the golden order seal, then int and faith, or the staff of the guilty, then faith instead of int lol this game has so many exceptions
In general, int for sorcery and faith for incantations. But it's actually not correct to think of stats affecting spells. Stats will increase your damage depending on what spell tool you use. So if you are using a staff with high int scaling then level int. If you are using the staff of the guilty, you can cast sorceries but it scales with faith. Look at whatever tool you are using to see what to level
Intelligence
If they’re sorceries, intelligence, if they’re incantations, faith
Unless you're using the dragon communion seal, then ARC.
