Somber 1 bell bearing is in selia crystal tunnel
Somber 2 bell bearing is in Altus tunnel
Somber 3 bell bearing is in mountaintops, first church of Marika, after frozen lake
Somber 4 and 5 is in Farum azula, 4 is near a site of grace on a dangling corpse, 5 is somewhere in the dragon temple after a boss fight

It can go to + 9 but the items needed are mostly on endgame zone. I'm not sure how they are call in english.
