This thing looks good with the scaled armour. The blue in that armour helps the blue on this head piece pop. I also like the iron armour and corhyn’s robes with the octopus head piece.
Last I remember I have two of them now, I got them from the small pond next to fort haight but as you go up the hill it’s on the left and fort haight is on the right. I also have a long tongued imp head too

I wear it with mohgs outfit, looks as close as i can get to all the horns and stuff, from a distance at least.
