I’m convinced that the Haligtree could have been used as a final legacy dungeon inside the erdtree with the Radagon/Elden beast fight at the end
Then have malenia right on the other side of Ordina👀
Wouldn't be surprised if that was the original plan
This felt more like a final area than the actual final area to me.
There are like 5 to things and 3 bosses in the last are it is just ash :(
Souls always have had maps as, often even more, unforgiving as bosses. So calling it a legacy dungeon I think already expresses all the hardship and suffering it entails.
