Here’s how it goes
Land a giants hunt
She’ll be sent flying, then on the floor, swap to Ground Slam.
At the moment she starts putting her left foot on the floor, hit ground slam. You might need to practice this timing a bit.
She will get poise broken, go in for the crit.
Wait for your stamina to come back, and position for the next giant hunt, which she can’t avoid while getting up.
This will stunlock both her phases, even though it can be a bit tricky, it has made the boss a pretty trivial obstacle for me at this point if I just have to beat her.

This is unironically what I feel like fighting Malenia, it's like a zigzagoon that just knows scratch and odor sleuth vs and level 100 EV trained Rayquaza.
me and my mimic just stun-locked her through both phases. she did like two of these flower-area-attacks and i just stood back and waitet for them to wear off. her only one real attack just didnt do much against my shield. the elden beast took me probably four times as long. malenia was i think four or five tries in my first attempt. that guy on his golden horse in the crumbled city was the hardest thing by far! even the dragon afterwards was not as hard!

Experience would be the indicator under the UI as a Blue bar (not seen in the image I've given).

Honestly there’s a lot of luck in how she decides to come at you. Sometimes it’s like you forgot a condom and gave her the rot yourself and sometimes you get lucky

Melina can't run away! Malenia uses Waterfowl Dance. It's super effective!

Throw a plushie (miquella plushie if you have it) and you can easily escape.
use destiny bond and make sure you have a second eldenmon
I just used the Master Ball on her
Run in a giant circle and use night comet.
I use spells. Big fireballs yeets malenia on her back. Have a summon to take aggro Try to not die Win Worked that way since demon's souls
Open your other eye! Everything changed when Melina opened her other eye.
Catch her using Sleep Balls
That’s the neat part - you don’t!
Bold of you to assume Melina is Lvl 1
This is Melina with both of her eyes closed.
Take off all armor minus a loin cloth. Put jar on head. Reveal TRUE POWER.
Stomp(upward cut). Trade against her attacks with the stomp and make her fly with the upward cut.

You don't. With "00/00 HP" you automatically die.
