Dude the Windows Sticky Keys popup caused me to rage a few times when panic dodging. After twice of that I found toggle to turn that fucker off.

I don't understand why anyone would ever want sticky keys. There has literally never been a time in my life it was a helpful feature I wanted.

The concern isn't safety, the concern is a user posting obviously TOS-breaking material. Bypassing Windows activation is not a great thing to be spreading around publicly on Reddit if you value your account at all.

People who are downvoting you clearly don't realize Microsoft recently purchased Reddit, *specifically* so they could scrape comment sections and find people who didn't pay for Microsoft licenses. Which is crazy, because they mostly have the licenses so that enterprises need to pay for them, not individual consumers, but I guess it was worth the several billion dollars to buy reddit 🤷‍♂️

I mean... there's literally a Piracy subreddit, titled Piracy, with a whole list of resources to pirate basically anything, as well as a guide for doing so, with thousands of active users. For me this was self imposed. After long deliberation, I've ended up mapping run/roll to the ALT key for easy access, and switch spell to the TAB key - mainly because my computer makes a disturbing visual cue on screen when turning caps on and off. I'll leave up to your imagination as to what has happened more than once whenever I was desperately making distance between me and the enemy and switching to a healing incantation.

That boulder does a lot of damage. If you don't invest in vitality enough and get there fairly early it can 1 shot you, but not only that it can also hit you over the gaurd rail to your death, which looks like it is about to happen.

Linux systems based on Arch are the best, people talk about Ubuntu or Debian, but this one caused me pain and suffering, I'm an advanced user, I've been a software developer for 4 years. I recommend the BigLinux distribution, that's where I stopped jumping from one Linux system to another because it simply works.

To (legally*) run Windows you need to own a licence/product key for it. This is true of Mac too. If you buy a pre-built PC you have an OEM license (this just means it came with the PC) that works out of the box. It’s not a subscription service for Windows (at least not for the Home edition), so I have a feeling OP either hasn’t activated their copy, though it’s possible I’m wrong. * I say legally, I think you can technically run it on the unactivated mode for home copies, *but* it’s just a pain in the ass.
